There is fury online over a viral video in which a British racist teen attacked a Zimbabwean student in the UK recently.

The pupil reportedly relocated to the United Kingdom in December 2023 and is enrolled at St John Henry Newman Catholic School in Carlisle, Cumbria.

He was on his way to school early morning when a rowdy white British teen approached him. The racist ran up to him and started punching the Zimbabwean, who did not retaliate.
Moments later, he cornered the student and shoved him into a hedge on the pavement. The racist teen then forced the Zimbabwean to kiss his filthy gumboots. The trepid student hesitated for a bit before capitulating and kneeling on one knee to kiss the racist’s boot.

The video drew ire in Zimbabwe and the United Kingdom. Community members in Carlisle reported the incident to the police, and the bigot has since been arrested.

Carlisle Police confirmed that they have arrested the white racist teen:
“We can confirm officers have arrested a teenage boy in relation to a report of a hate incident involving a boy being assaulted in Carlisle. Officers are aware of images relating to this incident being circulated online and concerns in the community over the incident. As an arrest has been made, we would urge people not to share the video further so as not to impede any legal proceedings or to identify any of the children involved.”
