The late businessman cum socialite Genius ‘Ginimbi’ Kadungure’s lawyers have confirmed that at the time of his death, he had not written a will to determine how his assets were to be distributed in the event of his death, The Sunday News reports.

Mr. Brighton Pabwe of Venturas and Samukange Ginimbi’s lawyers confirmed that no inheritance papers have been submitted to any attorneys or to the Master Of The High Court. Speaking to the publication, Pabwe, one of Ginimbi’s Lawyers said:

We are not aware of any will that was prepared by the late Kadungure. That document does not exist at the moment.

Pabwe said the Master of the High Court has called for a meeting for Ginimbi’s family and other stakeholders this week:

the Master of High Court Mr Eldard Mutasa has called for a meeting of the Kadungure family, creditors and beneficiaries on Wednesday at 10.30AM.

This came amid reports that Ginimbi died before signing a will that stated that a man known as Kit Kat was supposed to inherit one of his posh cars a Lamboghini and his clothes must be burned and his mansion turned into a hotel or a museum.

Kit Kat (real name) Mr Nommater Zinyengere failed to register the unsigned will at the Master Of The High Court that would have seen him getting the car from the late Ginimbi’s estate.
