Ginimbi’s Sisters Celebrate After High Court Nullifies His Will
Ginimbi’s sisters, Nelia and Juliet Kandungure were recently in celebratory mood after High Court judge, Justice Amy Tsanga nullified a will that was reportedly written by the late socialite and businessman Genius “Ginimbi” Kadungure.
Taking to social media, Nelia Kadungure shared pictures of herself with her other family members in a jovial mood.
Captioning one of the posts, Nelia wrote; “Finally God has done it AGAIN!,” in another post she wrote; “Ginimbi we won #restinpeace Keep watching over us.”
The nullification of the will purported to have been written by Ginimbi comes after Genius’ father, Anderson Kadungure and sisters Juliet and Nelia approached the High Court seeking a review of the Master of High Court’s decision to accept the unsigned document.
The Kadungure family also sought the removal of one Patricia Darangwa as the executor of the late Ginimbi’s estate, where she was also benefiting.
The purported will gave the late socialite’s friend who is only identified as Kit Kat the right to take one of his top-of-the-range cars, a Lamborghini.
The will in question had no signature of the deceased, moreover, it was not dated.
High Court judge Tsanga nullified the will as dubious and relieved the executor Patricia Darangwa of her duties citing irregularities.
She ruled in favour of the Kadungure family and declared that Ginimbi died intestate. Based on the judge’s ruling, Ginimbi’s family are going to inherit his wealth.-iharare
