EIGHT matches have been lined up this afternoon in the ZRP Bulawayo province football league, with one team inactive after CPU West pulled out of the league. As a result of of the pullout, only 17 teams remain, meaning every week, one team will be inactive.
PHQ play host to Sauerstown at Ross Camp ground. The Administrators, as PHQ is popularly known, sit at the top of the log with 26 points from 12 games Sauerstown will be looking for maximum points to add to their current tally of 16 points.
ZRP Traffic will be on the road to face struggling Magwegwe, who are just a point adrift of relegation threatened Pumula, who sit on 11 points.
CID, who are yet to taste defeat in the league, will play host to struggling Nkulumane.
Nkulumane have played 11 games, won one, and lost 10, while scoring nine times and conceding 35 goals in the process. CID are third on the log with 23 points. Entumbane will be home to West Comm and need nothing short of maximum points to keep their tittle hopes alive.
With a well organised technical team, Entumbane enjoyed a very good run that saw them climbing the ladder from eighth to fourth while their opponents this afternoon are 12th position with 13 points.
An interesting encounter will see Hillside locking horns with former log leaders Luveve.
The two sides are seperated by two points, with Hillside having accumulated 21 points from 11 appearances, while Luveve have 19 points from the same number of games.
Seventh-placed Njube will be hoping to collect maximum points when they play host to 11th placed Tshabalala. It is a tightly contested league with most teams seperated by just a few points.
