He was born on January 23, 1992, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.
Nhira’s parents moved from Zimbabwe to the United States when he was young. They worked as pastors travelling with Brian and his three siblings all over Oklahoma and Africa to work with their ministry.

According to Nhira, he was just 4 years old when his parents pushed him onto a stage and told him to sing for a small group of spectators that had gathered.
At first, Nhira was shy, with a bit of stage fright. He then faced his fears and has never looked back since then.
He went to Oral Roberts University and led worship for up to 3,500 people in a single service.
Nhira also made waves after he became a contestant on Season 10 of The Voice.
Due to such experiences and performances at over 500 events in 14 states and 4 countries, Nhira has become the musician that many people have come to admire.

The artist proposed to his girlfriend, Sonia Larcom, in December 2017 and later got married to her in 2018.
He is currently based in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife and two boys, Zayden and Ezekiel.
In April this year, Nhira released a song called In My Arms. He wrote the song together with Jasper and Faith Nhira, and the music video features his wife, Sonia.-iharare
