Lorraine Guyo’s Valentine’s car gift has taken a new twist as a married woman has claimed ownership of the vehicle.
The comedienne hogged the limelight on Valentine’s Day after she revealed that her lover surprised her with a red car as a Valentine’s gift. Lorraine Guyo flaunted her new car on social media, and she even penned her boyfriend a love letter as she expressed gratitude and gushed over him.
However, it turns out that Lorraine Guyo has been dating a married man, and the car she received on Valentine’s Day belongs to her married lover’s wife.
According to a local tabloid, H-Metro, Lorraine’s married lover’s wife contacted them and informed them that the car Lorraine Guyo was flaunting on social media is actually hers.
She claims that her husband took her car, saying that he wanted to take it to the mechanic to get it fixed, only to find out on social media that her husband gifted the same car to Lorraine as a Valentine’s gift.
“My husband took my car, promising to take it for mechanical problem fixing.
“I was surprised to see the vehicle posted with new registration plates by Lorraine,” the married woman said.
On the other hand, Lorraine Guyo is not bothered at all by this new development. She confirmed receiving a call from a woman claiming to be the wife of the man she is dating and also the owner of the car she received.
“I was phoned by a lady who claimed to be the wife of the person who gave me the vehicle,” said Lorraine.
She boasted that as a celebrity, she receives gifts and donations from men and women.
Regardless of the woman’s claims, Lorraine said that she is happy that she was gifted with a car. She bragged about how she now has 4 cars and how she is going to add the new ride to her car collection.
